Xiamen authorities recently announced that a program to upgrade municipal facilities along seven major thoroughfares in the subdistricts of Songbai and Zhongshan is now complete.

The renovations included upgrades to water and electrical systems along the roadways as well as improvements to road surfaces and drainage.

Impacted roads include portions of Datong Road, Lianyue Road, Park West Road, Siming West Road, Songbai Road, Xiaxi Road and Xinhua Road.
